EPA ECHO combines records from several federal programs into one facility search. It lists registered facilities, programs, compliance status, and counts of inspections and formal actions.
ECHO is not a full environmental site assessment. It does not cover every historic use, every state or local database, or conditions that were never reported to a regulator. A buyer who needs a formal assessment should obtain one from a qualified professional.
EPA ECHO, the Enforcement and Compliance History Online service published by the US Environmental Protection Agency at echo.epa.gov. Meridian Docket queries it live for each report and stamps the report with the query date.

SiteRecord lists public EPA ECHO facility records near an address. It is not an environmental consultant, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, or a legal advisor. A listing is not a finding of contamination, and the absence of a listing is not a finding that a site is clean. Nobody reviews individual reports and no reply or support is offered.
