If the report finds no usable record for the address, the software refunds you in full automatically. Nobody has to approve it.

Go to /recover and enter the email you paid with. Your earlier report is retrieved there.

How does the refund work?

If the report returns no usable record for the address, the refund is issued automatically the moment it comes back empty. You do nothing.
